1. Approval of the Regular Meeting Minutes for May 3, 2023
Approved by BPAC 3-0-0: Committee Member McAuley motioned, Chair Guzman Seconded.

2. Lindenville Specific Plan - BPAC Update (Billy Gross, Principal Planner)
• BPAC Members received the presentation regarding the Lindenville Specific Plan and provided
comments to staff.
• Committee Member Yip expressed his opposition to expanding the roadways in SSF, particularly
the Utah Avenue overpass. This comment was noted by Staff and would continue to explore all
options, as directed by City Council.
• Next steps for the Specific Plan are presentations at various other City Commissions and
consideration at Planning Commission and City Council

3. Complete Streets Leadership Academy - Update (Chris Espiritu, Senior Transportation Planner)
• Secretary Espiritu to provide an update in the July meeting regarding installation and volunteer
activities for BPAC members.
