AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 6.16.170 AND 6.40.070
OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING
HOURS OF DOOR TO DOOR SOLICITATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Subsection F.2. of Section 6.16.170 of the South San Francisco
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read:
Section 6.16.170 Solicitor.
F. It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit:
2. Between the hours of nine p.m. and nine a.m.;
SECTION 2: Subsection (b) of Section 6.40.070 of the South San Francisco
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read:
Section 6.40.070 Conduct of Solicitations.
(b) It is unlawful for any person to solicit between the hours of
nine p.m. and nine a.m.
