AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TNE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO TO
REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 483 VICTORY
AVENUE FROM PLANNED COMMERCIAL TO
INDUSTRIAL ZONE DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held on December
20, 1990, a public hearing was held, and the Planning Commission recommended
that the City Council approve negative declaration No. 706 and adopt RZ 90-81
based on findings set forth in its resolution No. 2433.
SECTION 1.
Zoning District Map Amended
The Zoning District map of the City of South San Francisco which is
incorporated by reference into the South San Francisco Municipal Code by
Section 20.04.020 of the code is hereby amended to reflect the rezoning of the
following parcel (as shown on Exhibit "A" which is attached and incorporated
herein) from Planned Commercial to Industrial Zone District:
14,200 square feet located on the south side of
Victory Avenue, east of South Spruce Avenue.
APN 014-192-260.
SECTION 2.
Publication and Effective Date
This ordinance shall be published once, with the names of those City
Council members voting for or against it, in the Enterprise-Journal, a
newspaper of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as
required by law, and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after
its adoption.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco, held the 23rd day of January , 1991.
Adopted as an ordinance of the City of South San Francisco at a reaular
meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, held the 13th
day of February , 1991, by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
and Mayor Jack Drago
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Councilwoman Roberta Cerri Teglia

As Mayor of the City of South San Francisco, I do hereby approve the
foregoing ordinance this 13thday of January , 1991.
