AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONFERENCE CENTER
USE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FINANCING
AUTHORITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Approval of Entering into the Conference
Center Use Agreement.
Pursuant to Section 54241 of the California Government Code,
the City of South San Francisco (the "City") is hereby authorized
to enter into a formal Conference Center Use Agreement with the
City of South San Francisco Capital Improvements Financing
Authority for the purpose of financing the Conference Center
Project, so long as the City's payments under such Agreement do
not exceed $550,000 in any fiscal year.
SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE
This ordinance shall be published once, with the names of
those City Councilmembers voting for or against it, in the
Enterprise Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in the
City of South San Francisco, as required by law, and shall become
effective thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.

Council of the City of South San Francisco, held the 25th day of
September, 1991.
Adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco at
a re§u]ar meeting of the city Council of the City of South
San Francisco, held the 9th day of October, 1991, by the
following vote:
AYES:
City Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Roberta Cerri Teglia,
and Mayor Jack Drago
NOES:
City Councilmembers Gus Nicolopulos, and John R. Penna
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
