AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.58.100 OF
THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO THE DUTIES OF THE HISTORIC
PRESERVATION COMMISSION WITH RESPECT TO
APPROVAL OF HISTORIC PROPERTY AGREEMENTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 2.58.100 of the South San Francisco
Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding thereto:
"(g) Review and make recommendations to the
City Council regarding applications for,
and administration of, historic
property agreements, submitted or
entered into, pursuant to the provisions
of Article 12 (commencing with Section
50280), Chapter 1, Part 1, Division 1,
Title 5 of the Government Code."
SECTION 2.
Publication and Effective Date.
This ordinance shall be published once, with the names of
those City Councilmembers voting for or against it, in the San
Mateo Times, as required by law, and shall become effective thirty
(30) days from and after its adoption.
