AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19.60.180 OF THE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATED TO
THE DURATION OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
ordain as follows:
1. South San Francisco Municipal Code Section 19.60.180 is
hereby repealed.
2. Section 19.60.180 is hereby added to the South San
Francisco Municipal Code to read as follows:
19.60.180 Development Agreement-Duration
The City Council may establish the term of a development
agreement at the time said development agreement is approved by
the Ci%y Council.
SECTION
SEVERABILITY.
In the event any section or portion of this ordinance shall
be determined invalid or unconstitutional, such section or
portion shall be deemed severable and all other sections or
portions hereof shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION
PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This ordinance shall be published once, with .the names of
those City Councilmembers voting for or against it, in The Times,
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South San
Francisco, as required by law, and shall become effective thirty
(30) days from and after its adoption.

City of South San Francisco, held the 28th day of
February , 1996.
Adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South Francisco at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, held the 13th day of March , 1996, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Mullin, John R.
Penna, Robert Yee and Mayor Jack Drago
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
