PRESENTATION
1. 2023 State of the City Update. (Flor Nicolas, Mayor)
Mayor Nicolas delivered the State of the City address and highlighted the opening of the Library
Parks and Recreation Center.

Being no further business Mayor Nicolas adjourned the meeting at 7:09 p.m.
