Mayor Nicolas called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m.

PUBLIC COMMENTS — comments are limited to items on the Special Meeting Agenda.
No public comments.
PRESENTATION
1. Report on study session regarding storefront cannabis regulations (Adena Friedman, Chief
Planner)
Chief Planner Friedman provided a report on storefront retail Cannabis. The council engaged in
discussion with responses from the staff. Direction on next steps provided.
2. Revenue Enhancement Options (Rich Lee, Assistant City Manager)
Assistant City Manager Lee provided an overview of Revenue Enhancement Options. Alan
Pennington with Matrix Consulting Group provided an overview of the Business License Tax
Structure. The council engaged in discussion with responses from the staff. Direction on next steps
provided.

Being no further business Mayor Nicolas adjourned the meeting at 8:23 p.m.
