FOR UNUSED SICK LEAVE) FOR LOCAL POLICE MEMBERS AND L£ ~CAL MISCELLANEOUS MEMBERS AND SECTION 20042 (ONE- YI !AR FINAL COMPENSATION) FOR LOCAL MISCELLANEOUS ~MBERS .~IEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco does ORDAIN That an amendment to the contract between the City Council of the City of South San Francisco and the Board of Administration California Public Employees' Retirement System is hereby authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked Exhibit, and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full. The Mayor of the City of South San Francisco is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of said Agency. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE Tl~is Ordinance shall be published once, with the names of those City Councilm :mbers voting for or against it, in the San Mateo Times, a newspaper of general circulatior in the City of South San Francisco, as required by law, and shall become effective ti firty (30) days from and after its adoption. 4.
