PRESENT A nON
Norma Fragoso, Manager of Housing and Redevelopment, introduced Mary McMillan, Deputy
Director of Housing, San Mateo County. Ms. McMillan updated the Agency on the status of the
County's Emancipated Youth Program. Other speakers were Ms. Beverly Beasley Johnson, Director
of the Human Services Agency, San Mateo County, and Ms. Gina Davy, a young woman in the
Program. Boardmembers asked questions and commented, expressing their support of this Program.

Motion-Femekes/Second-Matsumoto: motion approved unanimously by voice vote, 5-0.
