RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED TO THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO FROM CALIFORNIA AND NEVADA DIS-
TRICT OF THE LUTHERAN CHURCH - MISSOURI SYNOD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that it does hereby accept that cer-
tain deed in favor of the city dated September 25, 1962,
and executed by California and Nevada District of the
Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, and the right, title and
interest therein described and conveyed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
he hereby is, directed to cause said Grant Deed, together
with a certified copy of this Resolution, to be recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 5th day of November, 1962, by the following
vote:
