RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO FROM THE ROMAN CATHOLIC
ARCHBISHOP OF SAN FRANCISCO (A CALIFORNIA COR-
PORATION SOLE)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that it does hereby accept that certain
deed in favor of the City dated October 25, 1962, and exe-
cuted by the Roman Catholic Archbishop of San Francisco (a
California corporation sole), and the right, title and in-
terest therein described and conveyed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he
hereby is, directed to cause said Grant Deed, together with
a certified copy of this Resolution, to be recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
