A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING DESTRUCTION
OF MUNICIPAL ELECTION RETURNS AND SUPPLIES FOR 1962.
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has in his office election re-
turns, supplies of precincts, ballots and rosters from the
municipal election of April 10, 1962, and,
WHEREAS, destruction of said returns is authorized by
the laws of the State of California within six (6) months
after said election, if there is no contest pending, and,
WHEREAS, more than six (6) months have passed and no
contest is pending, and the City Council consents to and
approves the destruction of said returns.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the~City Council
of the City of South San Francisco does hereby approve and
consent to the destruction of the municipal election returns,
supplies and rosters from the municipal election held on
April 10, 1962.

gularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
