A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
SUBMISSION TO THE STATE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
AND UNITED STATES PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE PURSUANT TO
AN APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL GRANT FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT
WORKS UNDER 33 U.S.C. 466 ET. SEQ.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the plans and specifications sub-
mitted by Jenks & Jenks, Engineers, for the construction
and expansion of the Wastes, Dumping and Treatment Works,
Enlargements, Project Unit No.1, Treatment Works Enlarge-
ments, are hereby approved and accepted, and it is ordered
that they be submitted to the State Water Pollution Control
Board and United States Public Health Service pursuant to
an application for Federal Grant for Sewage Treatment Works
under 33 U.S.C. 466 et. seq.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor, City Clerk and
Director of Public Works are hereby authorized to sign said
plans and specifications.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a remular
meeting held on the 5th day of
