RESOLUTION NO. B612
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO DESIGNATING THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE
FOR EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH FEDERAL
GRANT FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT WORKS UNDER 33 U.S.C. 466
ET. SEQ.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, the City Council in Resolution No.3388 entitled
"A Resolution of the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco Authorizing the Filing of an Application for Federal
Grant for Sewage Treatment Works Under 33 U.S.C. 466 Et. Seq.,
Designating the Authorized Representative and Providing for
Other Matters Related Thereto" did designate the Mayor of that
City as the authorized representative and did further in said
Resolution identify the then holder of that office as Guido J.
Rozzi, and,
WHEREAS, on April 12, 1962, Mayor Leo J. Ryan succeeded
to that office.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Mayor of the City
of South San Francisco shall continue as the designated author-
ized representative for execution of documents in connection
with the Federal grant for Sewage Treatment Works under 33
U.S.C. 466 et. seq. of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act,
and Mayor Leo J. Ryan is identified as the present holder of
that office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was re-
gularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a remular meeting
