A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF
IMPROVEMENT BONDS
LOWRIE - BOTHIN - SWANSON PROJECT
SECOND SALE - $81,000
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby,
directed to call for bids for the second sale of improvement
bonds to be issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3106,
adopted by this Council on November 7, 1960. Said notice in
form to be prepared by Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones & Morton, shall be
given by the Clerk causing copies thereof to be mailed to the
various banks and bond houses interested in the purchase of such
bonds at least five days before the date of sale which shall be
November 19, 1962, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law
firm of Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones ~ Morton, San Mateo, California,
unqualifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and the
issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution ~s regmlarly
introdmeed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Somth San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this ~th ~ay of NovemBer~ 1962, by
the following vote:
