A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN INDENTURE GRANTING A RIGHT OF WAY FOR PIPE
LINE TO CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE - SOUTH SAN FRAN-
CISCO MARINA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of that certain indenture
entered into as of the 19th day of November
19 69, granting a right of way for pipe line to California
Water Service Company is hereby authorized, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
of the City of South San Francisco are authorized to exe-
cute said indenture on behalf of the City of South San Fran-
cisco.
