A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH cALIFORNIA WATER
SERVICE - SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MARINA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of the agreement
dated the 19th day of November, 1962, between the City
of South San Francisco and the California Water Service
Company is hereby authorized, and the Mayor of said City
is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City, and City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 19bh -day of November
1962 , by the following vote:
