A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF AN INDENTURE
BETWEEN SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY AND THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO - MULTIPLE ARCH STRUCTURE TO TIDAL SLOUGH
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the certain indenture made the lq~h
day of November
, 1962 , between Southern Pacific Com-
pany, a corporation of the State of Delaware, and the City of
South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, wherein Southern
Pacific Company grants City the right to reconstruct, maintain
and operate a multiple arch structure in, upon, along, across
and beneath the property described as follows:
A strip of land, 20 feet in width, situate in the City
of South San Francisco, County of San Nateo, State of
California, lying equally 10.O feet on each side of
the following described center line:
BEGINNING at a point in the westerly, line of that
strip of land, 33 feet in width, described in that deed
dated June 24, 1947, from the South San Francisco Land
and Improvement Company to the Southern Pacific Com-
pany, recorded August 20, 1947, in Volume 1371, page
338, Official Records of San Mateo County, distant
North llv 44' East, thereon 72.8 feet from the north-
easterly corner of the Land of Milprint, Inc.; thence .
South 69° 59' East, 35.12 feet to a point in the easter
ly line of said strip of land, 33 feet in width.
The side lines of the above described strip of land
terminate in said westerly and easterly lines.
The above described strip of land contains an area of
703 square feet, more or less.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of
the City of South
San Francisco is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
of the City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk attests
his signature thereto.
