A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE GRANTING OF A PERMIT TO
HOLIDAY INN FOR INSTALLATION OF SEWER FACILITIES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that a Revocable Permit be issued to
Holiday Inn in the form attached hereto as "Exhibit A"
for the purposes of permitting Holiday Inn to construct,
install, operate and~maintain a sewer facility on City
property as in the Permit set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the
City of South San Francisco is hereby authorized to issue
said Permit on behalf of the City of South San Francisco.
