A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE GRANTING OF A PERMIT TO
GOLDEN GATE PRODUCE TERMINAL FOR INSTALLATION OF SEWER
FACILITIES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that a Revocable Permit in the form attached
hereto as "Exhibit A" be granted to Golden Gate Produce Ter-
minal for the installation of a sewer facility on City proper-
ty as in said Permit provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of said City
is hereby authorized to issue said Permit.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regular-
ly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
reaular meeting held on the
