A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
LOWRIE - BOTHIN - SWANSON PROJECT
SECOND SALE - $81,000
BE~OLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
F~aneisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3106,
adopted by said Council on November ?, 1960, and its Resolution-
calling for bids on the second sale of bonds pursuant thereto,.&dopted
on November 5, 1962, notice of said sale has been duly given;
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixedthereln for
ceiving bids for the purchase of said bonds, and said bids have
received and publicly opened, examined and declared by this Comnoll;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase o£ said
bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby,
Jected, and that said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered sold to
Crutteuden, Podesta & Miller
as the highest responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be subject
to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Notice of
of said bonds and in said accepted bid.
2. That the Treasurer be, and he is hereby, d~ected 5o have
said bonds printed forthwith, and that the same be immedlately-s~ed,
sealed and delivered to said bidder on receipt of the amount thel'efor
and upon the performance of the conditions contained in saidw~i.tten
offer.
3. That the interest ~ate of said bonds be, and the same is
hereby, fixed at the rate stated in said bid.
