HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 3635-1962 RESOLUTION NO. 3635 A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS SPRUCE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that the public interest, convenience and necessity require, and that it is the intention of said Council to make changes and modifications in the work to be done pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 335Z adopted by this Council on January 2, 1962, to-wit: construct a six foot high chain link fence enclosure of the open drainage channel from the Southern Pacific Co. bridge to the Market Street Railroad bridge and thence to the Spruce Avenue arch culvert. The engineer shall make said changes either on the face of the report or by filing an amendment thereto. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the yth day of January, 1963, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. in the regular meeting place of said Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when and where said Council will consider the matter of making said changes and modifications and hearing all protests and persons interested therein. The Clerk shall cause a copy of this resolution to be published once in the South San Francisco Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation published in said City, and the paper in which the Notice of Improvement under said Resolution of Intention was published, said publication to be at least ten days before said day of hearing.
