A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
PECK'S SUBDIVISION NO. 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby,
directed to call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds to
be issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3384 adopSed
by this Council on February 5, 1962. Said notice in form to be
prepared by Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones & Morton, shall be given
by the Clerk causing copies thereof to be mailed to the various
banks and bond houses interested in the purchase of such bonds
at least ten days before the date of sale, which shall be at
8:00 o'clock P.M. on January ?, 1963.
2. The Clerk will furnish the legal opinion of the law
firm of Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones & Morton, San Mateo, California,
unqualifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and the
issuance of said bonds.
