RESOLUTION NO. R6R7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE
LINDENVILLE INDUSTRIAL PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT TO THE
SPRUCE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FUND
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has filed with
the City Clerk a report dated November 28, 1962, recommend-
ing and justifying the transfer of funds from the Lindenville
Industrial Park Assessment District to the Spruce Avenue Assess-
ment District for work performed by the latter for the bene-
fit of the former.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, determined and ordered as
fo 1 lows:
That the sum of $2,966.67 be transferred from the Linden-
ville Industrial Park Assessment District to the Spruce Avenue
Assessment District for the work performed by the Spruce Avenue
Assessment District for the Lindenville Industrial Park Assess-
ment District.
