A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A CONTRACT WITH COATES, HERFURTH AND ENGLAND,
CONSULTING ACTUARIES, REGARDING ACTUARIAL DETERMI-
NATION FOR EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT PtIRPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of the contract entitled
"Contract of City of South San Francisco With The Firm Of
Coates, Herfurth and England, Actuaries, For Making A Valu-
ation As Stated Herein", requiring an actuarial study as of
June 30th, 1962, is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is
hereby authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the
City and City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
