A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF MISCEL-
LANEOUS PERSONNEL RECORDS
WHEREAS, the Personnel Board has in its files certain
examination folders, rating sheets and miscellaneous corres-
pondence to December 31, 1957, and periods prior thereto,
and,
WHEREAS, said records are no longer needed by the Per-
sonnel Board and are of such a nature as to be material for
destruction in accordance with Rule 17 Section 17.O3 of the
Personnel Rules and Regulations, and,
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has filed his written consent
to the destruction of said records;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tbmt the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco does hereby approve and
authorize the destruction of certain examination folders,
rating sheets and miscellaneous correspondence dated to Decem-
ber 31, 1957, and prior thereto.
