A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPT'
lNG THE OFFER SET FORTH IN THE DOCUMENT ENTITLED "OFFER
AND ACCEPTANCE OF FEDERAL GRANT FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT
WORKS UNDER 33 U.S.C. 466 ET SEQ. - PROJECT NO. JOINT
WPC-CAL-154"
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that said City Council does hereby accept the
offer contained in that document entitled "Offer and Accept-
ance of Federal Grant for Sewage Treatment Works Under 33
U.S.C. 466 Et Seq. - Project No. Joint WPC-CAL-154".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of
South San Francisco is hereby authorized to execute said
offer and acceptance on behalf of the City of South San Fran-
cisco and, should it be required, the City Clerk attests his
signature thereto.
