A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGE8 AND MODIFICATIONS
SPRUCE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San l~an-
cisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3635 of th, is Council
ordering same, adopted on December l?, 1962, notice has been duly
given of the intention of this Council to change and modify the
work under Resolution of Intention No. 335? adopted On Januar~ 2,
19.62; and
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or file4 w~itten
protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all per-
sons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to ~eheard,
and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifi-
cations were fully heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. Ail protests and objections be, and they are hereby,
overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proeeed~ngs ~nder
said Resolution of Intention be made and had, all as mere particu-
larly described and set forth in said Resolution No. 3635.
