A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BET-
WEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN HATEO AND 'THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO FIXING COMPENSATION FOR ASSESSING AND COLLECTING
TAXES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of that agreement between
the County of San Mateo and the City of South San Francisco
entitled "Agreement Between County and City Fixing Compens-
ation To County For Assessing and Collecting Taxes For City"
is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of
South San Francisco is authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City of South San Francisco and the City
Clerk attests his signature thereto.
