A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE CITY OF PACIFICA REGARDING USE OF JAIL FACILITIES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the certain agreement entered into bet-
ween the City of South San Francisco and the City of Pacifica,
municipal corporations, entitled "Agreement for Use of Jail
Facilities", is hereby authorized, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of
South San Francisco is authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attests his signa-
ture thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City
regular meeting held
