A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION'OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
LOWRIE PAVING COMPANY - SPRUCE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that that certain agreement entitled "Agreement
to Undertake Repairs to Roadway - Spruce Avenue Improvement
Project" entered into as of the ?th day of
Januarw , 19 63 , between the City of Sou~h
San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and Lowrie Paving Com-
pany, is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of
South San Francisco is authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City, and City Clerk attests his signature
thereto.
