A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
PECK'S SUBDIVISION NO. I
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 338~, adopted
by said Council on February 5, 1962, and its Resolution calling for
bids on the sale of bonds pursuant thereto, adopted on December
1962, notice of said sale has been duly given;
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein for receiving
bids for the purchase of said bonds, and said bids have been received
and~publi~tY opened, examined and declared by this Council;
NOW,. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of said
bonds,.excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby,
rebecS, ed, and that said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered sold
to Stone and Youn~ber~
as the highest responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be subject
to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Notice of Sale
of said bonds and in said accepted bid.
2. That the Treasurer be, and he is hereby, directed to have
said bonds printed forthwith, and that the same be immediately signed~
sealed and delivered to said bidder on receipt of rhea mount therefor
and upon the performance of the Conditions contained in said written
offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is
hereby, fixed at the rate stated in said bid.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meetin~ held this 7th day of January
1963, by the followin~ vote:
