A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THECI~Y OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE PERSONNEL BOARD
FOR PERSONNEL SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the agreement between the City
of South San Francisco and the State Personnel Board pro-
viding for the preparation of a classification plan, a com-
pensation plan and other services therein set forth is here-
by authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of
South San Francisco is authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attests his signa-
ture thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
regular meeting held
