A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO
REGARDING THE IMPROVEMENT OF HILLSIDE BOULEVARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of that certain
agreement entitled "An Agreement Between The County of
San Mateo and The City of South San Francisco For Improve-
ment of Portion of Hillside Boulevard Within Said City by
Said County" is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City
of South San Francisco is authorized to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City and City Clerk attests his sig-
nature thereto.
