A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON $1,000,000 FIRST
DIVISION OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1963
SEWAGE TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL WORKS AND SYSTEM
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, as follows:
1. Bids shall be called by the City Clerk of said City for
the sale of $1,000,000 First Division of Improvement Bonds of 1963,
being the First Division of an issue of bonds in the total principal
amount approved by the electors of said City at an election thereon
duly held on NOvember 6, 1962.
2. Notice thereof shall be ~iven by the City Clerk causing
to be mailed copies of an official notice of sale to various banks
and bond houses and other persons interested as determined by the
Clerk, at least ten days before the date said bids are to be opened.
3. The Council will furnish the legal opinion of the law
firm of Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones & Morton, San Mateo, California,
unqualifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and the
issuance of said bonds.
