A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DECLARING THAT A MAJOR-
ITY OF PROTESTS HAS NOT BEEN MADE IN THE ANNEX-
ATION PROCEEDING - PORTION OF CALIFORNIA GOLF
CLUB PROPERTY
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that,
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of Januar~ ,
1969 , said Council by Resolution No.3662 gave notice of
the proposed annexation of a portion of the California
Golf Club property, providing therein as required by law
for publication, m-iling of notices, and time and place of
hearing protests, and
WHEREAS, said matter came on for hearing at the time
and place fixed in said Resolution and no written protests
were received and all persons desiring to be heard were
fully heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
That the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco does declare that no majority of protests against
the annexation entitled "A Portion of California Golf Club
Property" has been made by the owners of the property with-
in the territory proposed to be annexed, which territory is
more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by
this reference made a part hereof.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
on the 4th day of
