A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DW~D OF EASEMENT
PERSON AND SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that it does hereby accept that
certain Grant Deed dated January 24, 1963, and executed by
Oscar F. Person, a widower, Marshall V. Swanson and Beverly
A. Swanson, his wife, grantors of the two strips of land
connecting Lowrie Avenue to San Mateo Avenue; and the City
Clerk is hereby directed to cause said Deed and a certified
copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the office of the
Recorder of San Mateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
18th day of March, 1963, by the following vote:
