A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF KEN ROYCE, INC., A CORPORATION,
RELATING TO EXCESS LANDS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF DEED
PERSON AND SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT
LOWRIE-BOTHIN-SWANSON
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3626 of this City, certain land, as
more particularly described therein, was authorized to be sold on
certain terms and conditions, as more particularly set forth
the re in;
WHEREAS, notice of sale of said land, as required by said
Resolution, was duly published in the South San Francisco Enter-
prise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in said City, at
the times and in the manner required by law;
WHEREAS, at the time and place set by said Resolution No. 3626
and the notice of sale aforesaid, for the receipt of sealed bids,
a sealed bid was received from Ken Royce, Inc., a corporation, in
terms, as follows:

City of South San Francisco

South San Francisco, California
Gentlemen:
In response to your published call for bids in connection
with the sale of certain land situate near the intersection of
San Mateo and Lowrie Avenues and more particularly designated in
your resolution and notice calling for bids, Ken Royce, Inc., a
corporation, does hereby offer, as consideration to said City
for a conveyance of said property to said corporation, to convey
to said City all the real property designated in Paragraph B,
sub-paragraph (~) of your said resolution, being therein desig-
nated "Parceli and "Parcel II", and being therein particularly
described. Enclosed herewith is the duly executed and acknowledged
Grant Deed of Ken Royce, Inc. extending in favor of the City of
South San Francisco.
At such time as the City Council shall have made its determi-
nation with regard to the sale, will you please let us know the
outcome thereof ?

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as
follows:
1. That the bid of Ken Royce, Inc., a corporation, aforesaid
be, and the same is hereby,' accepted.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record the
Grant Deed of Ken Royce, Inc., a corporation, relating to Parcel 1
and Parcel 2, as more particularly described in said Resolution
No. 3626, and as contained in the bid aforesaid.
3. That the Mayor of this City is hereby directed to execute
in behalf of this City a Quitclaim Deed to Ken Royce, Inc., a
corporation, of the lands designated in Parcel 1 of said Resolution
No. 3626 subject to the conditions set forth in subdivisions (a)
and (b) of Section 3 of said Resolution.
