RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT AND
LICENSE TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
FROM UNION CARBIDE CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED~BY the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that it does hereby accept that cer-
tain deed in favor of the City dated April 18th, 1963, and
executed by Union Carbide Corporation (formerly Union Car-
bide and Carbon Corporation), a New York corporation, and
the right, title and interest therein described and con-
veyed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he
hereby is, directed to cause said Grant Deed, together with
a certified copy of this Resolution, to be recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
