A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND. THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 1641,
STATUTES OF 1959
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco has previous-
ly requested the State Department of Finance to provide
planning assistance to it under authority of Chapter 1641,
Statutes of 1959, in conjunction with Section 701 of the
Housing Act of 1954 as amended; and
WHEREAS, the State has accordingly prepared a proposed
agreement between the City and State entitled "Agreement
between the State of California and the City of South San
Francisco relating to Urban Planning Assistance", further
identified as LPO-P/22-s-Sa-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor of the
City of South San Francisco is hereby authorized and di-
rected to execute the aforesaid agreement with the State on
behalf of the City, and the City agrees to be bound by the
terms thereof.
