A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS WITH
THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND THE PENINSULA HUMANE SO-
CIETY FOR ANIMAL CATCHER AND ANIMAL SHELTER SERVICES
IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that execution of the following agreements for
animal catcher and animal shelter services in the City of South
San Francisco be approved and same be executed by the Mayor of
the City of South San Francisco on behalf of said City and the
City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City:
1. That agreement between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, a poli-
tical subdivision of the State of California, the CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO, a general law city of the State of California,
and the PENINSULA HUMANE SOCIETY, a California corporation pro-
viding for services from July 1, 1963 and ending June 30, 1964.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 6bh
day of May , 19 63 , by the following vote:
