A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY RE-
GAP. DING SIGNALS AND PRE-EMPTION EQUIPMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of tb~t agreement
between the Southern Pacific Company, a corporation of
the State of Delaware. and the City of South San Francisco,
a municipal corporation, providing for the improvement of
crossing protection devices and traffic signals at East
Grand Avenue Crossing No.E-9.3 South San Francisco, County
of San Mateo, State of California, is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of
South San Francisco is authorized to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City, and City Clerk attests his
signature thereto.
