RESOLUTION NO. 3726
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND DIRECTING
ENGINEER TO FILE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
PERSON AND SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT
INCREMENT NO. 2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of said City and John A. Blume
& Associates, Engineer of Work of said City, have filed with the
Clerk of said City their reports as to the completion of all of the
work provided to be done under and pursuant to the contract between
said City and Charles L. Harney, Inc., dated July 6, 1961; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the satisfaction of this Council
that said work under said contract has been fully completed and
done as provided in said contract and the plans and specifications
therein referred to;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said work is hereby accepted.
2. That the City Engineer is directed to execute and file
with the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo notice of
completion thereof, as required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco at a
