RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF
FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAs, a master agreement has been executed by the
City of South San Francisco, hereinafter referred to as the
City, and the State Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, hereinafter referred to as the department, on
March 8, 1961, for expenditure of state allocated funds; and,
WHEREAS, a project statement has been prepared and was
submitted to the department on May 22, 1963 showing the
estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made
during the 1963-64 fiscal year; and,
WHEREAS, a budget, approved by the department on June
13, 1963 has been presented to the City Council in accordance
with the project statement submitted by the City; and,
WtiEREAS, the City Council has heard read said budget,
as approved by the department, and is familiar with the con-
tents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that said budget be and is
hereby adopted as the budget of expenditures recommended to
be made from such funds during the 1963-64 fiscal year.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
