A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPT-
ANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT FROM THE CITY AND
COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZED BY PUBLIC
UTILITIES COI~flSSION RESOLUTION N0.22944
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Revocable Permit issued pursuant to
the Resolution of the Public Utilities Commission of the
City and County of San Francisco in accordance with their
Resolution No.22944 dated June 4, 1963, is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHERRESOLVED that the Mayor of said City
is hereby authorized to execute the acceptance of said Per-
mit on behalf of the City, and City Clerk attests his sig-
nature thereto.
