A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A REVOCABLE PER-
MIT ISSUED BY THE PUBLIC UTILITIES CO~ISSION
OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO PURSUANT
TO THEIR RESOLUTION NO.22905
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Revocable Permit issued by
the Public Utilities Commission of the City and County
of San Francisco pursuant to their Resolution No.22905 and
dated May 21, 1963, is hereby approVed and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City
of South San Francisco is authorized to execute said ac-
ceptance on behalf of the City of South San Francisco and
City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
