RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT TO THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO FROM UNION CAR-
BIDE CORPORATION, A NEW YORK CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that it does hereby accept that cer-
tain deed in favor of the City dated Jun~ 4, 1963, and
executed by Union Carbide Corporation, a New York corpor-
ation, and the right, title and interest therein described
and conveyed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
he hereby is, directed to cause said Grant Deed, together
with a certified copy of this Resolution, to be recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo.
