A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO RECREATION
AND PARK DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
CONTRACT FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY BETWEEN THE SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT (REORGAN-
IZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 4,
DIVISION 5 OF THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE)
AND BETHLEHEM STEEL COMPANY, A PENNSYLVANIA CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY the Board of Directors of the South San
Francisco Recreation and Park District that:
1. The execution of the "Contract for Sale of Real
Property" attached hereto between the South San Francisco Re-
creation and Park District (reorganized and existing under the
provisions of Chapter 4, Division 5 of the California Public
Resources Code) and Bethlehem Steel Company, a Pennsylvania
Corporation, is hereby authorized.
2. The Board of Directors of the South San Francisco Re-
creation and Park District shall execute and deliver or cause
to be executed and delivered to Bethlehem Steel Company the
documents required in said contract, and in particular those'
set forth in Paragraph 3 Subsections (a), (b) and (c) thereof.
3. The sum of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00)
be paid to Bethlehem Steel Company at the time of execution of
the "Contract for Sale of Real Property" by the parties and the
installments as provided in said contract be paid.
4. The members of the Board of Directors, to wit: Pat-
rick E. Ahem, Andrew Rocca, Guido J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi
and Frank Bertucelli, or any four of them, shall execute the
"Contract for Sale of Real Property".
