RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM GAS
TAX - RESTRICTED BALANCE FUND (SPRUCE AVENUE PRO-
JECT NO.43) TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET-SPRUCE
AVENUE PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, and it is hereby ordered, that the sum of Ten
Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-One Dollars and Nineteen Cents
($10,291.19) be transferred from the Gas Tax - Restricted
Balance Fund (Spruce Avenue Project No.43) to the Capital
Improvement Budget - Spruce Avenue Project.
